By visiting or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms govern your use of the website only. Any formal laboratory work is governed by our Service Request Form, which constitutes a legally binding contract between you and PhytoWerks.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

    •    Interfere with or disrupt website operations

    •    Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

    •    Copy, scrape, or republish content without permission

3. Analytical Reports

    •    We provide cGMP-compliant analytical reports via email, including detailed experimental conditions, photographic documentation of chromatography, and an identity determination.

    •    Our analyses identify botanicals, extracts, and fungi, but we do not qualify, grade, or certify them for regulatory or commercial purposes.

    •    Reports are intended solely for the client and apply only to the specific sample tested at the time of analysis.

    •    If a client has a failing analytical report from another laboratory, we stand behind our analyses, based on over three decades of HPTLC experience. Clients should refer to their internal company SOPs when interpreting or reconciling differences.

    •    We reserve the right to use anonymized data for research or reference purposes.

    •    Reports are warranted to be free from negligence or willful misrepresentation only.

    •    Formal agreements for laboratory work are governed by the signed Service Request Form, which overrides website content.

4. Pricing and Billing

    •    Pricing is available upon request and subject to change without notice.

    •    Invoices are issued electronically to your designated accounting contact after report delivery and are due in full upon receipt.

5. Turnaround Times

    •    Standard turnaround (STD) is four business days for samples received before 12:00 PM (noon).

    •    Expedited services are available and may incur additional surcharges:

    ◦    SDR – Same Day Rush (prior approval required)

    ◦    NDR – Next Day Rush (prior approval required)

    ◦    TDT – Three-Day Turnaround

    ◦    STD – Standard Four-Day Turnaround

    •    Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees.

6. Discounts

Volume discounts may be available upon prior approval.

7. Sample Submission and Handling

    •    A minimum of five grams of intact sample is required.

    •    Samples must be labeled with the lot number and accompanied by a completed HPTLC Service Request Form.

    •    Samples are stored at ambient conditions and will be disposed of 30 days after reporting unless otherwise instructed.

8. Method Development

Custom method development may increase turnaround time and cost. Details will be provided in advance if applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, images, and methodologies are the property of PhytoWerks. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites.
