Search our 700+ Identity Index by scientific or common name to locate your sample, download the PDF fillable Service Request Form (SRF), complete, email SRF PDF, and ship five grams of sample with a copy of the form. Processing time is initiated upon remittance of intact sample and emailed SRF. Sample and/or electronic SRF received after 12 noon will be considered received the next business day.
